September Calendar

    1. Carol Wilbert - Praise God for his faithfulness. Also Pray as she works at raising her monthly support level to meet her financial needs.

    2. Contacts God provides - Praise God for continually providing contacts and opening doors for ministry. We have not needed to seek out contacts to this point.

    3. Tiago Tormen (Vice-Chairman) - Thank God for his jobs. Pray that he can organize him time to fit in his final studies.

    4. Bible study - Since our Team has shrunk, we have decided the men will join the women's Beth Moore study of the Patriarchs. Pray for a deeper understanding of God's word.

    5. Renan Ferreira (Treasurer) - Pray that Renan would fit into his role as a missionary with Team Quest. Praise God for the call on his life and the gifts he has been blessed with.

    6. Janz Team Ministries (JTM) - Praise God for the work JTM does in sending out missionaries. They are a great support for missionaries in over 10 countries. www.janzteam.org

    7. Independence Day - Brazil - Pray for the government of Brazil and Lula as President that there would be a greater reliance on God for direction in leading the country. Praise God that Brazil is open to missionaries and the gospel of Jesus Christ.

    8. Home Schooling - Today marks the beginning of the end of this school term. Pray for the children as they will be writing their final spelling tests today.

    9. Scott & Patsy Buhler and family - Pray that the Bulhers would adapt well to not having the Klassens around as family, support and partners in day-to-day ministry.

    10. Home Schooling - Today is our children's final exam for this school term. Pray for them as they write that God would bring to mind the things they studied.

    11. Alzira Zilz (Member at large) - Pray that she would be able to organize her time to be more involved the ministry she has.

    12. New Missionaries - Pray that God would continue to build the Quest Team. With more people we could offer more.

    13. Dwayne & Shannon Klassen and family - The Klassen's leave today for their first Home Ministry Assignment in Canada. Pray for safe travels and good arrival tomorrow. Praise God for supplying a vehicle and the 2 car seats they needed.

    14. English Schools - Pray for the Quest Team as they run the first English School Day Camp today. They are working with the teachers from LEXICAL.

    15. Samuel Leitzke (Chairman) - Pray for his as he studies this last semester and leads the Quest board.

    16. Property Donations - Pray for our PECULIAR PUZZLE campaign to raise money for the down payment. It is exciting to see how God is bringing his people together around this project. (Caleb Bulher's birthday)

    17. Church Connections - Pray for Scott, as our Team Leader, as he works at visiting every evangelical pastor in the city of Jaraguá do Sul.

    18. Junior (Secretary) - Pray that he would be able to arrange his schedule to allow more time for his leadership of the youth group in his church.

    19. Claudio Warkentin (Member at large) - Pray that God would continue to heal the wounds in his church. Pray also for his church as they will be loosing their Youth Pastor at the end of this year.

    20. Team Building Day - Pray for Team Quest as they run their first Business Team Building training with B.G. Maintenance.

    21. Comm. Christian Alliance Leadership Training - Pray for Team Quest as they run their final Leadership Training session today. Also, pray that the leaders will have grown through these sessions together.

    22. COPASE (Jaraguá Ministerial of Evang. Pastors) - Continue to pray for the unity between evangelical Churches in Jaraguá do Sul.

    23. Put The Word Into Action (PTWIA) - Pray for wisdom and the addition of another PTWIA Board Member to the team. www.putthewordintoaction.org

    24. Financial Support - Please pray for an increase in financial support for missionaries. All of Quest's missionaries are feeling financial strain due to a number of varied circumstances.

    25. Jaraguá do Sul - Please pray for the Municipal elections that will be happening on October 5. These elections will also be happening across the country.

    26. Lineas Domiciano (member at large) - Pray for a peace in the calling God has on his life.

    27. Joinville C&C Retreat - Pray that God would work through Team Quest as they serve the Young Adults of Joinville.

    28. Join ville C&C Retreat - Praise God for what he is doing in the younger generations as they press into him.

    29. Favor - Please pray that God would shine favor on us in the eyes of those we have dealings with.

    30. Praise God for his faithfulness in September.
